Summary of Specifications:
The City and County of Broomfield bills approximately 17,000 customers per month. Utility Billings are cycled four times per month; in conjunction with meter readings. The intent of this award is to secure the highest quality, lowest price supplier to provide printing and mail fulfillment services for the city and county.
