29598 - Abatement of Vacant & Derelict Properties

The City and County of Denver, hereinafter referred to as the City, desires to solicit proposals relating to the purchase of a variety of abatement services including cleaning, mowing and the removal of snow/ice and large items at vacant lots and derelict residential and commercial properties, as directed by the City.

NOTE: The Division of Small Business Opportunity (DSBO), a City agency, has determined that the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Defined Pool program will apply. Only SBE firms certified with the City in the defined NAICS codes (see section A.12 of the RFP document) will be able to bid on this solicitation and must self-perform a commercially useful function of no less than 30% of the work with their own forces.
