Summary of Specifications:
Successful proposer shall pick up used oil on an agreed upon schedule from various City agencies and locations and/or within one (1) business day from receipt of a request for service from any City agency. Pickups shall be made during required hours of requesting agency. Successful proposer shall reprocess oil and / or otherwise dispose of it lawfully, and shall comply with all local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
