ITB-RS-7057 - Denver Botanic Gardens Fencing Replacement

Summary of Specifications:
This proposal is for the replacement of the western boundary and northern boundary fences of the Botanic Gardens. The awarded vendor shall complete the following project expectations: 1. The vendor shall remove the existing fences where the proposed fence will stand. 2. The vendor shall construct the western boundary fence to the following standards: An Ameristar Fence, or approved equal, approximately 660 feet in length, that incorporates panels 8 feet in height with a two rail montage. The rail system would be located at the bottom of the fence and at the top of the fence, creating a gap of approximately 6 1/2 feet. The top of the fence will have a pointed end to deter trespassing. 3. The vendor shall construct the northern boundary fence to the following standards: Installation of a double-sided rustic wooden fence 8 feet in height, approximately 180 feet in length, which will complement the existing fence and eliminate any ability to climb the fence from either side. The top of the fence will have pointed ends to deter trespassing. 4. Both fences must be installed per industry standard for post hole depth and concrete strength.
