Description

This solicitation is a SBE defined pool procurement in accordance with the SBE Ordinance requirements. See Section A.2 and A.3 in Solicitation.

The City and County of Denver is soliciting proposals for a fire alarm system replacement. The project will include the installation of a new fire alarm panel in Police Admin Building (PAB) with full smoke detection (in non-sprinklered areas) and voice evacuation occupant notification throughout Levels 1 through 5 and Level 7 (approximately 123,000 SF) and occupant notification throughout the garage/basement levels (approx. 180,000 SF) as well as all supporting materials and demolition.
