The City and County of Denver, hereinafter referred to as the City, desires to solicit proposals relating to three different buildings/locations.

Replace the existing Notifier Fire Alarm System and all the devices at North East Montessori Building located at 3503 Marion Street, with a fully code compliant addressable system. New system must also meet current ADA requirements.
Replace the existing obsolete Fire Alarm System with a new fully code compliant addressable system and devices. Interface new panel with the existing Fike system at 10 Galapago Street. New system must also meet current ADA requirements.
Replace the existing Fire Alarm System and all the devices in Roslyn Administration Building at 5440 Roslyn street with a fully code compliant addressable system. New system must also meet current ADA requirements.

Each of these 3 projects are to be priced individually.

Event Note

A pre-bid walkthrough will be conducted on the date and time listed in the Schedule of Events on the cover page starting at the NE Montessori building at 3503 Marion Street, Denver CO. This will be the first of 3 location visits. The proposal terms and conditions will be reviewed and discussed at each of the locations. This will be the only opportunity for vendors to view the three locations with the project representative. Contractors will need to tour all locations on this same date as a group. Contractors will be responsible for transportation to and from all locations.
