11186 - Host Welcome Kits

The City and County of Denver, desires to solicit bids relating to the purchase of pre-owned furniture throughout the identified term.

The Department of Housing Stability (HOST) mission is to create a safe, housed, and connected Denver. Providing solutions to address unsheltered homelessness has been a primary focus of the All In Mile High and Homelessness Resolution teams within HOST. Over the last year, HOST has piloted a "Street to Lease" team, which is a housing acceleration program to quickly move people experiencing homelessness to a leased unit. These furniture and move in kits will be provided to clients of the housing acceleration programs and will be provided to them upon move in to their leased unit. Furniture is an essential part of creating a sense of belonging and stability for our clients and therefore, HOST wishes to provide these kits to our clients.
