29611 - Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services

Denver Technology Services, an agency of the City and County of Denver (“City”), is the central information technology department for the City.  The agency provides technology infrastructure, development, support, and solutions to all city departments including Denver International Airport (DEN) as well as management of 911 system communications and Denver’s 311 non-emergency contact center. Along with Denver Media Services and the Denver Marketing Office, the department is working to enhance the customer experience by aligning digital technologies with citywide marketing and communications efforts. The purpose of this RFP is to select and award a pool of qualified contractors able to provide professional Information Technology (IT) Staff Augmentation Services across a spectrum of expertise to augment the City’s existing Technology Services staff.
