29559 - B - Multi-Year Continuity Planning Solution

The City and County of Denver, hereinafter referred to as the City, desires to solicit proposals relating to the purchase of a cloud base Software as a Solution (SaaS) for the management of the City’s Continuity Planning. The SaaS is the foundational software for the City Continuity program and for maintaining, editing, enhancing, documenting, and fulfilling Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP)s for all City agencies (approximately 42 agencies), completing Business Process Analyses and Business Impact Analyses, and recovery strategies. The Office of Emergency Management (OEM) seeks a Continuity Planning Solution to fulfill our expectations, further develop our comprehensive citywide continuity program, and make the processes of planning, editing, and coordination of the agency continuity plan efforts more efficient and successful.
