A pre-bid walkthrough will be conducted the date and time listed in the Schedule of Events on the cover page. The first of two locations will be at the Castro Building at 1200 Federal, Denver, CO 80204. City representatives will meet vendors at the Information desk in the Castro Building. The entrance is on the bottom floor facing east. The second site visit will be at 671 S. Jason Street, Denver, CO 80223. City representatives will meet at the parking lot by the front door. Contractors will need to tour both locations on this same date. Contractors will be responsible for transportation to and from both locations. Vendors may be asked to sign an Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form prior to the walkthroughs.
The proposal terms and conditions will be reviewed and discussed at this time. This will be the only opportunity for vendors to view the locations with the project representative.
