A completed and signed copy of the “Diversity and Inclusiveness in City Solicitations Request Form” must be included with your bid or RFP response. Failure to include this form will render your bid or RFP non-responsive.
Proposing vendors must be certified S2 installer and provide proper documentation showing that the vendor is certified.
The City and County of Denver, hereinafter referred to as the City, desires to solicit proposals relating to the purchase of S2 Badge Readers. All installations must integrate with the existing thirty-seven (37) badge readers that are currently installed. The awarded contractor shall install card readers and door monitoring devices on thirteen doors on the second floor. Electric strikes will be installed on ten doors, and electric levers will be installed on three double doors. Edges of the active leaf of each double door set will be routed to provide a wire path to an electric power transfer hinge. In the data closet on the second floor, the vendor will furnish and install a new S2 NetBox controller equipped with seven, two-reader blades, supporting the thirteen new readers, leaving one open port for future expansion. The awarded vendor will install a new, low voltage power supply for powering locks. Scope of work includes connecting to existing 110Vac circuits.
