Summary of Specifications:

All of the work must be completed by, or under the direct supervision of, a Certified ASBA Tennis Court Builder.
1. Sloans Lake North tennis courts shall have the flora cleaned from cracks, sterilize, and sand cracks flush with court surface. The cracks shall be cleaned to the full depth and filled full depth with Acrylic Fiber Cement and sand smooth. Areas where color coat is delaminated shall be scraped. Areas that need paint patch work shall be done as required. Apply 1 Coat Tennis Court Color System over cracks. The colors the vendor uses shall match existing colors of the tennis court. A stripe 2” white tennis lines with textured line paint shall be applied as required. Reset net post on west side of court #3, Jack hammer existing net post footer and haul off concrete. Set existing net post in 4000psi concrete as required. Finish flush with court, and color coat (red). Scrape delaminated areas and clean inside playing area. Acrylic resurfacer shall be applied to areas of bare asphalt exists. Two (2) coats of blue paint shall be applied to the inside playing areas. 2” stripe paint shall be applied to appropriate areas. 2. Bear Valley Park tennis courts shall have flora cleaned from cracks, sterilize, and sand cracks flush with court surface. The cracks shall be cleaned to the full depth and filled full depth with Acrylic Fiber Cement and sand smooth. Areas where color coat is delaminated shall be scraped. The cracks shall be cleaned to the full depth and filled full depth with Acrylic Fiber Cement and sand smooth. Areas where color coat is delaminated shall be scraped. Areas that need paint patch work shall be done as required. Apply 1 Coat Tennis Court Color System over cracks. The colors the vendor uses shall match existing colors of the tennis court. A stripe 2” white tennis lines with textured line paint shall be applied as required. The current net posts shall be converted to conventional nylon nets. 3 ½” top caps with rollers shall be installed. A weld hook shall be installed on the dead end post. Black net cranks shall be installed. All posts shall be painted black. Four (4) new Douglas nets with straps shall be installed. Scrape delaminated areas and clean inside playing area. Acrylic resurfacer shall be applied to areas of bare asphalt exists. Two (2) coats of blue paint shall be applied to the inside playing areas. 2” stripe paint shall be applied to appropriate areas. 4. Green Valley Ranch East Park tennis courts shall have flora cleaned from cracks, sterilize, and sand cracks flush with court surface. The cracks shall be cleaned to the full depth and filled full depth with Acrylic Fiber Cement and sand smooth. Areas where color coat is delaminated shall be scraped. The colors the vendor uses shall match existing colors of the tennis court. A stripe 2” white tennis lines with textured line paint shall be applied as required. All work done at the Green Valley Ranch Park shall be done in the standards in Exhibit A, PLAY COURT SURFACE of NEW ASPHALT.
