The City and County of Denver’s Department of Parks and Recreation in partnership with Historic Denver, Incorporated desires to solicit proposals for professional planning and landscape architecture services for the City Park Master Plan Update with Design Guidelines. An updated master plan and design guidelines will provide a shared vision for the park, identify current and future needs, and provide a framework to manage the park’s evolution in balance with its historic character.
