24-UTS-065 - Envision Feasibility Study

The City is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering and environmental consultants to develop an Envision Feasibility Study for the Replacement Arvada Water Treatment Plant project.
The scope of services includes analysis of the current documents associated with the Replacement Arvada Water Treatment Plant, determine which Envision Credits are a good fit for the Replacement Arvada Water Treatment Plant Project, and provide a cost model to City Staff that indicates the cost associated with increasing Envision Verification levels. The findings of the study will be presented to City Staff, and the selected consultant will facilitate a discussion of the presented work to assist City Staff in deciding on an Envision Verification level for the Replacement Arvada Water Treatment Plant.
The selected consultant shall assist the City in establishing a Sustainability Management Plan according to Envision Credit LD2.1.
