SEEKING QUOTES TO PROVIDE MATERIAL, LABOR AND EQUIPMENT TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:
lnstall automated slide gate to keep horses in a secure area - Provide and install a new 14' gate that will slide to the south at the Equestrian Facilities - City of Arvada 7650 Indiana St., Arvada, CO 80007
Purpose: To prevent horses at the Center from exiting the property onto busy Indiana Street.
Minimum requirements:
- Gate will be installed on 4" posts set in concrete footings (18" x 4'). Gate dimensions are 3' x 14' opening (3" sq tube steel frame with 2 x 2 mesh infill powder coated white mounted on high cycle nylon rollers).
- LiftMaster CSL 24 U, 120 VAC OR EQUAL powered gate operator will be installed with automated entry and automated exit that allows cars to exit, but NOT be triggered by HORSES.
- Photo eyes and safety edges will protect the gate opening and leading and trailing edges of the gate.
- Gate installation will comply with UL 325 and ASTM F 2200 standards for safe gate installation.
- System must be installed by AF A/IDEA certified gate operator installer.
- Install 3 rail dowel rail fencing along both sides of the driveway from existing fence to gate location. North side of the driveway will have a 4' steel tube walk gate installed in the fence.
