FM2012-7 - Fleet Maintenance Facility

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Arvada is seeking submittals from qualified firms for architectural services for the renovation of the City’s Culbertson Building 5555 W. 56th Avenue, Arvada, Colorado, which will contain Fleet and Wastewater operations. The City wishes to renovate and expand the building to accommodate Fleet Services. The role of the selected architectural team will be to provide design and architectural engineering services for this project. The Culbertson Building contains two large indoor parking structures, offices, a lunchroom, locker room, and conference room. A large vehicle and equipment yard is part of the 3 acre site. The building is presently underutilized and a 2011 study by the Maintenance Design Group found that two Fleet worksites could be relocated to the Culbertson building.
