Utility 13-01 - Manhole, Valve Box and Meter Pit Maintenance Parts

Summary of Specifications:
All items shall be in compliance with City of Arvada Engineering Specifications. The City of Arvada Code of Standards and Specifications for the Design and Construction of Public Improvements can be accessed at this link: http://arvada.org/transportation/engineering-code-of-standards-a d-specifications. Part II, Sections 15 and 30 are the most relevant areas. 

The purpose of this RFB is to gather unit prices for the listed items. Quantities are estimated; the actual amount may increase based on street maintenance priorities and funding allocations. Award of the bids will be by line item based on price. Multiple vendors can be selected for specific items from this bidding. A bid tab will be posted after bids have been reviewed and awarding of bids has been completed. 

Orders will be placed by the appropriate work group for items as the need arises and as funds are available.
