15-GL-01 - Olde Town Arvada Transit Plaza

Summary of Specifications:
The Olde Town Arvada Transit Plaza is located adjacent to the Olde Town Arvada Transit Station in Arvada, Colorado. The plaza is comprised of the City of Arvada side (this project) and the RTD side. The City of Arvada side includes concrete pavers, colored concrete paving, seat walls, tree grates, lights, bike racks, trash receptacles, plantings, irrigation and underground utilities. Also included is the coordination of a public art installation and three (3) historic panels located within the plaza. The RTD side of the project is under a different contract, but the contractor for the City of Arvada side will be responsible for coordinating with the City of Arvada, RTD, DTP and the selected contractor for the RTD side. Both the City of Arvada side and RTD side may be built at the same time, therefore coordination and cooperation between the two (2) selected contractors will be critical to the successful construction and completion of the Olde Town Arvada Transit Plaza.
