Summary of Specifications:
This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been developed to seek proposals from qualified vendors to provide Maintenance and Repairs to citiy printers relative to non-enterprise class office desktop printers, in accordance with the specifications as listed in this solicitation. The goal is to increase internal customer satisfaction and streamlined cost savings to the city on printer repair and toner replacement. Multi-Functional Printers (MFP) should not considered in responses to this RFP. Services will be provided on an on-going, as needed basis, to a wide range of legacy printers of different ages, makes and models. Please see attached for a complete list.
