23-UTS-066 - Utilities Services Line Investigation & Replacement Project

Phase I - The City of Arvada is hiring contract services to physically locate and identify any active lead or galvanized [“requiring replacement”] customer-owned drinking water service lines including all related customer notifications. Phase I will occur from contract award date through December 2024.
Optional Phase II - Based upon City council approval and contractor performance, the City may continue with the selected contractor for service line replacement and associated construction and communication services. Phase II (if utilized) must be completed by December 2025.
