Work includes concrete flatwork and footings, landscape, irrigation, and electrical, as well as procurement and installation of a custom picnic pavilion, picnic tables, seating area, transformable sculpture piece, outdoor fitness equipment, bike racks, and stone boulders as indicated on the Drawings and in these specifications.
