A pre-bid conference will be held on September 10, 2014, in the Sister Cities Room in the basement of Aspen City Hall at 1:00pm. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is essential to convey the bidder’s questions regarding the plans and specifications to the Engineering Department. While the pre-bid conference is not mandatory attendance is recommended.
