2021-158 - 2021-158 Facilities Master Plan

The City of Aspen (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (“Respondents”) to perform a comprehensive master plan involving three areas: the exterior of the Aspen Ice Garden, the interior of the Aspen Ice Garden, and the interior of the Aspen Recreation Center.  The response to this RFP (a “Proposal”) should offer in detail a complete approach to providing the Services through facilities and programs.  The objective is for Respondents to submit sufficient information to allow the City to select a Respondent to provide Services and to enter into a contract to perform said Services.  The selected Respondent(s) will be expected to enter into a Professional Services Agreement and shall then become a Consultant to the City of Aspen.
