The project will include, but is not limited to:
The City of Aspen Environmental Health and Sustainability Department seeks the professional services of a consultant to develop a financial plan to quantify the costs and impacts of climate action policies selected from the Aspen Sustainability Action Plan (ASAP) and propose options for funding these policies (and ongoing climate work). The purpose of this analysis is to understand costs of climate policies to inform policy direction and to prepare the City to fund climate action.
