The City of Aspen will accept bids from licensed electricians to provide various City department with residential and commercial electrical and emergency electrical services on an as-needed basis. The services may include but are not limited to:

Bid Proposal Form
The City’s Bid Proposal must be used to submit the bid. Include information on the company that includes:

Legal name and location
Years in business
Qualifications and experience

Submissions must be compiled into a single PDF or Word document and submitted on the Bidnet Direct website, www.bidnetdirect.com or a paper copy may be submitted to the Purchasing office.

To submit a paper copy, the bid must be placed in an envelope then sealed. Clearly mark on the outside of the envelope “Bid for 2020-003 As-Needed Electrical Service” and delivered to 130 S. Galena Street, Aspen, CO 81611 ATT: Purchasing. Bids must be submitted before 2:00pm, February 7, 2020.
