The City of Aspen will accept bids from licensed contractors to provide various City department with painting and finishing services on an as-needed basis. The services may include but are not limited to:

New construction
Remodels
Wood stains and glazes
Clear wood sealers and wood finishes
UV coatings
Metal finishes
Topcoats, Primers, Sealers, Plastic finishes
Caulking both interior and exterior
Exterior painting
Equipment finishes
Dry wall repair and patching

Submissions must be compiled into a single PDF or Word document and submitted on the Bidnet Direct website, www.bidnetdirect.com or a paper copy may be submitted to the Purchasing office.

To submit a paper copy, the bid must be placed in an envelope then sealed. Clearly mark on the outside of the envelope “Bid for 2020-004 As-Needed Painting & Finishing Services” and delivered to 130 S. Galena Street, Aspen, CO 81611 ATT: Purchasing. Bids must be received before 2:00pm, February 7, 2020.
