The City of Aspen is currently seeking qualified professionals to provide Property Management Services on an as-needed basis for various City departments. The services will include but are not limited to:

ITEMFREQUENCY
Snow Removal As-needed
Litter removal As-needed
Coordination with contracted landscape company and cleaning service when applicable As-needed
Interior and exterior checks As-needed
As-Needed maintenance services Per hour, as-needed
Overnight on-call response as needed
Weekend on-call response as needed
Holiday on-call response as needed
Special event on-call response as needed
Coordination of repairs as needed
Coordination of maintenance as needed
Additional on call services requested Per Hour, as needed

Additional Requirements for City

If selected, must provide a contact sheet on onsite employees that includes full name, social security number, address, and phone number.
If selected, must agree in writing that no individuals outside of those listed on the contact sheet will enter the facilities.
If selected, must agree in writing not to share the gate and door security codes for any City buildings and facilities with anyone not on the contact sheet.
Be compliant with CRS 8-15.5-101 and 24-76.5-101 relating to the employment of and contracting with illegal aliens to perform work under this contract.
Late night, weekend, holiday, and special events services may be required.
