2016-152 - Bicycle & Pedestrian Master Plan

The project will include, but is not limited to: website maintenance and online community engagement; analyze and design future bicycle boulevards; work with community on aesthetics via stakeholders meetings, online engagement, public meetings; make recommendations for trail installations; Provide guideline for data collection; analysis of existing W. Hopkins bicycle and pedestrian route; provide final implementation plan including designs; analyze feasibility and design of trail on 4th Street; concept study for downtown feasibility East to West corridor; determine future and additional locations for bicycle parking; determine top locations for bicycle lane striping; sidewalk priorities; and provide a summary report.
