ITB-2016-081 - Burlingame Park 1 Pumphouse

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Aspen Parks and Recreation Department is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified General Contractors for construction of a 484 s.f. irrigation pumphouse building within the “Park 1” site at the Burlingame Ranch Neighborhood. All building construction work is scheduled to occur within Burlingame Park 1 during July 26th through February 10, 2017. The scope of work is located within the “Park 1” site at the Burlingame Ranch Neighborhood in the vicinity of the east side of Forge Road and Mining Stock Parkway in Aspen, CO. More specifically the proposed Park 1 pumphouse address is: 283 Forge Road, Aspen, CO, 81611. Included in the scope of work is a single story pumphouse building 22’x 22’ in size. The pumphouse building components includes utility connections for pump system (to be installed by others and is not included in this scope of work), green roof system, roof drains, exterior wooden walls and other electrical connections for the interior of the pumphouse.
