The City of Aspen is the developer of the Burlingame Ranch Phase 3 multifamily residential development project. Services sought include but may not be limited to: Construction Manager as Advisor services to assist the City of Aspen staff in managing design development, documentation, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, construction and insurance procurement as well as construction management, punchlist, certificates of occupancy, sales support, project completion, closeout and warranty for a multifamily residential affordable housing development project which will utilize factory-built modular vertical construction along with traditional civil, utilities, excavation and foundation horizontal construction.
