Summary of Specifications:
The project will include, but is not limited to: a digital collection of ortho-rectified recorded subdivision and condo plats in the City limits. This project requires the generation of a mosaic dataset that will be served as cached and tiled image services and allow users to download the plats. The final product needs to be fully compatible and spatially integrated with the existing Aspen GIS database and web services.
