2021-030 - Compensation and Classification Study

The City is seeking professional compensation and classification consulting individual(s) or firm(s) to update the City’s compensation and classification systems. This RFP includes the services for Phase I, Phase 2, and Phase 3.  Each Phase may be awarded conjointly or separately, depending on cost estimates, and Consultant interest and expertise.  Interested Consultants may bid on one, more than one, or all phases included in the scope of work. The Consultant will also include collaborating and presenting project information, progress, options, analysis and results to key stakeholders, the project steering committee and other staff as required or requested.  Final work for each stage will be presented to the City Manager for approval, this may include the option of presenting final project information to City Council.  Educational materials for the project team to review regarding the subject areas in each Phase are also required.
