The City of Aspen is constructing new offices which will require a three-rack system with cooling and UPS for the data center. Data Center cooling system will tie into the new building geothermal cooling system. We seek quotes for procuring and implementing the rack system specified below.

solicit bids for procuring and implementing a three-rack system with two in-row cooling units and UPS including:

Quantity 2 - AR3100 - APC NetShelter SX 42U Server Rack Enclosure with Sides
Quantity 1 - AR3350 - NetShelter SX 42U Deep Enclosure with Sides
Quantity 3 (racks) x 2 (PDUs/rack) = 6 PDUs
Quantity 2 - ACRC301S In-Row Cooling with all required Piping, etc.
Quantity 1 - Symmetra 20kVA 3PH 208V Power Supply with all required Power Supplies, Batteries and Power Distribution
Appropriate APC Temperature & Water Sensor(s)
All additional equipment & parts
All Recommended Service Plans, Start-Up Services, etc.
