The project will include, but is not limited to: professional services to analyze the City Water System within Tiehack Road north of the pedestrian bridge to a location north of the intersection with Pfeifer Place. The project will determine existing constraints and develop a complete bid package for the construction of an engineered waterline. This includes any reports and necessary plans and specifications describing the project, estimated construction costs, and all necessary permit application(s) for the work; all in compliance with current City Water Distribution System Standards.
