RFP-2016-001 - Downtown Pedestrian Mall Improvements

Summary of Specifications:
The primary scope of work is to develop documentation that guides necessary future improvements to the underground utility, surface, vegetated and historical character infrastructure within the Downtown Pedestrian Mall located along Mill Street, Hyman Avenue, Cooper Avenue, and Galena Street in Aspen, CO. Disciplines of work will include, but are not limited to: planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, public outreach, construction phasing and business coordination. Multi-disciplinary consultant teams should form to have local and national partners and must have experience working within complex urban environments.
