2022-221 - Entrance to Aspen Public Education & Communications Services

This ETA Community Education Project goal is to provide community with information to assist them in understanding the problem, alternatives and opportunities for the Entrance to Aspen. The outreach services will implement correspondence strategies that correlate with IAP2 spectrum’s “Inform” phase. The focus for this phase is to provide the existing information pertaining to the current Record of Decision and Preferred Alternative

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit professional communication and outreach support services for the City of Aspen. The selected contract will work in collaboration with the City of Aspen Engineering Department, Transportation Department and City Manager Department to provide an education process for the community.

The contract is as needed, and time commitments will fluctuate throughout the year. The contract shall not exceed $60,000.

The City of Aspen is open to considering proposals submitted by one group that could include members of more than one firm.
