2021-140 - Facilities Condition Assessment

The City of Aspen (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (“Respondents”) to perform a comprehensive Facilities Condition Assessment with Recommendations (“Services”) for specific Parks, Golf and Recreation facilities, as described in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).  The response to this RFP (a “Proposal”) should offer in detail a complete approach to providing the Services.  The objective is for Respondents to submit sufficient information to allow the City to select a Respondent to provide Services and to enter into a contract to perform said Services.  The selected Respondent(s) will be expected to enter into a Professional Services Agreement and shall then become a Consultant to the City of Aspen.
