RFI-2013-129 - Government Procurement Process Software

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Aspen is in the early stages of assessing the benefit of moving from a largely manual contract solicitation, processing, and tracking system to an automated system. At this time, the city is seeking information from vendors concerning their interest and qualifications to provide such an electronic solution. The city will use the information submitted to help determine whether or not to continue forward and potentially issue an RFP for such a system. Vendors who have free-standing solutions, as well as vendors who have solutions that are integrated into an ERP system, are both invited to respond to this RFI. All vendors who respond to this RFI will be notified of the availability of an RFP, should the city determine to move forward.
