The City of Aspen is seeking a vendor to complete an evaluation of the City’s grants programs. The objectives of the evaluation are to:

Bring additional consistency across the City’s grant programs
Streamline the grant programs
Update the grant review approaches and processes, including governance and staffing

The study should present options for improvements to the City’s grant programs. The City is particularly interested in ways to bring more transparency, efficiency and uniformity while remaining responsive to the unique directives of each grant program. The City is further interested in options for improving the overall governance of the programs.
