Summary of Specifications:
The City of Aspen has begun a project to explore the possibilities of working with an outside vendor to contract for managed technology services in three areas:

• Help Desk • Customer Support • Avaya Phone System Support Aspen is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in order to:

• Ascertain the options available to the City,

• Seek information regarding the best ways to implement managed services to meet the goals and requirements of the City,

• Explore the strategic, technological, and financial aspects of utilizing managed services, and

• Gather both the qualitative and financial benefits of managed services to present to City decision makers for support and funding.
