Description

The City of Aspen is seeking design, planning, and engineering services for the Maroon Creek Multi-Use trail.
The trail will connect the Castle and Maroon Creek roundabout on highway 82 to the northern end of the Highlands Trail at the Iselin tennis courts. The trail will provide a safe year-round corridor for pedestrians and cyclists traveling adjacent to Maroon Creek Road.
The project will be completed in two phases:

Phase One – Feasibility, Schematic Design, Cost Estimate
Phase Two – Design Development and Construction documents

This request for proposals is only intended to cover phase one of the project. Phase 1 of the project is expected to be completed over the course of 6 months. Phase two of the project will be awarded following the completion of phase one and will be subject to budget appropriations by the City of Aspen.
