Description

The City of Aspen Environmental Health & Sustainability Department (EHS) and the Capital Asset Department (Asset) are seeking the professional services of a technical consultant to conduct ASHRAE Level 2 audits and develop a roadmap and recommendations for how the City can reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve efficiency across the City’s building portfolio in a phased approach. Specifically, EHS and Asset are seeking a technical consultant to perform ASHRAE Level 2 building audits and conduct analyses that evaluate potential energy conservation measures (ECM), electrification opportunities, capacity for electric vehicle (EV) charging, battery storage, greenhouse gas emissions savings, capital and operational cost savings, and feasibility for certain City-owned facilities.
