Description

The primary scope of work is to develop schematic construction documents (30% design level) for construction of a new bridge across Castle Creek and the associated roadway that connects Main Street to Highway 82 per the Preferred Alternative developed through the Entrance to Aspen Record of Decision (1998). The project scope will also include a re-evaluation of the Final Environmental Impact Statement associated with the Entrance to Aspen Record of Decision. Disciplines of work will include, but are not limited to: planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, public transportation, traffic demand management, electrical engineering, public outreach, construction phasing, and business coordination. Multi-disciplinary consultant teams should form to have local and national partners and must have experience working within both urban and mountain environments.
