This invitation to bid seeks property management services at this 92-unit short term complexes and 8 long term complexes located on Harmony Road, across for the intersection of Owl Creek Road and Hwy 82 near Aspen.  Burlingame Housing Inc. provides a seasonal housing solution for the Music Associates of Aspen (MAA) students and instructors in summer months, and serves as a solution to large local employers and their seasonal staffing needs in the winter.  These unique lease terms were adopted when the property was first developed back in 2000, and remain in place today, with their sunset not scheduled until 2033.  As such, the framework for the bi-annual leasing of these highly desirable units (one of only two large-scale fully dedicated seasonal affordable housing complexes) is clearly established.
