The project will include, but is not limited to: seeking a highly qualified expert/firm with a depth of experience and proven track record the field of remote work and flexible work arrangements to provide comprehensive advice on developing and implementing systems, structures, and policies to better support our current Flexible Work Arrangement policy and evaluate the transition of certain positions to fully remote or partially remote (three weeks remote, one week in person). The expert/firm will also evaluate the feasibility of a four-day work week for our city and the practical implementation within our current organizational structure and roles while maintaining access to city services for the public.
