2021-023 - Total Compensation Philosophy

It is the City’s intention to obtain information and pricing for the development and implementation of a new compensation philosophy, in advance of the City’s upcoming compensation and classification project and subsequent RFP.   Information may consider specific recommended approaches to deliverables and project objectives, project timelines, and larger project goals: overlap and integration.  Pricing information should take into consideration the City of Aspen’s procurement process and the upcoming comprehensive RFP project, the City will accept a total cost or on an hourly rate basis with a not to exceed statement.
