Summary of Specifications:
The City seeks services to: a) Make recommendations as to best practices and trends in website design, development, content, hosting, and maintenance; provide examples of these sites and trends as it pertains to government web sites in particular,

b) Evaluate our approach to content management in the context of modern website design and evolving technologies,

c) Recommend a cohesive plan that brings together the design components that the City anticipates with the practical experiences of the vendor,

d) Work with in-house Staff to draft and publish a RFP for the creation of a new City website, and

e) Assist the City with the evaluation of proposals and the selection of the winning proposal.
