Plan Holders for this project are defined as those who (1) successfully downloaded and printed plans and specs from www.auroragov.org/business AND called 303-739-7100 to identify themselves (business name; full address; point of contact; phone and fax numbers) to formally receive subsequent addendum(s) OR (2) purchased plans and specs from the City of Aurora Purchasing Services, 15151 East Alameda Parkway, Suite 3500, Aurora, Colorado, 80012 Project includes patching, reconstruction of roadway surface of arterial, collector, residential streets and other asphalt paved easements throughout the City of Aurora or other asphaltic paved right of way utility agreements with Aurora Water. All work is to be completed per City of Aurora Roadway Design and Construction Specifications and Special Conditions provided in this document. Plans and Specs are available for purchase at 15151 E. Alameda Pkwy Aurora, CO. 80012, $25.00 per set.
