Plan Holders are defined as those who purchased plans and specs from the City of Aurora Purchasing Services, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway, Suite 4400, Aurora, CO, 80012. $25.00 per CD. Construct an enclosed wash facility consisting of: a pre-cast concrete building with pre-cast concrete double tee roof structure, spread footings, installation of two pressure wash systems, floor snow melt, mechanical, automated door control, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, construction of a sedimentation pit and sand/oil separator, including connections to wash facility building and City sewer system, curb, gutter, concrete roadway paving, asphalt roadway paving. Additional work may include site clearing and grubbing and preparation. All as specified in attached drawings and documents.
