R-2443 - REPLACEMENT OF A CENTER PIVOT IRRIGATION SYSTEM

This RFP is being solicited under a multi-step procurement procedure consisting of three phases.  The First Phase requires all interested companies to submit price proposals addressing those items cited in Section II, Proposal Submittal Requirements, of this solicitation.  Proposals will be evaluated and ranked based on the evaluation criteria outlined in Section III, Evaluation Criteria, to select a short list of companies for further evaluation. Only those Companies who are placed on the short list on the basis of the evaluation criteria will be considered during the Second Phase.  During the Second Phase, interviews may be held with the short-listed Companies, if needed.
